Our acquaintance with Comfort Life happened back in 2011. During this time, together we launched 11 residential complexes in suburbs of Kyiv. In the spring of 2018, theylaunched a new residential area 10 minutes from the city.
The real estate market is one of the most competitive in Ukraine. Each month, construction of several new residential complexes begins, and the property’s advertisements occupy a significant portion of Kyiv’s billboards.
Comfort Life requested that we prepare all the communication materials to brand their newly constructed “Riverside” apartment complex. At the same time, all that was known about new project was the name “Riverside” and only one concept-render of the building.

As at the ukrainian market there is a lot of unscrupulous developers, people scrutinize all information about the complex and the progress of construction especially exacting. Therefore, we had to structure a large amount of information and show it as simply as possible.
The choice of an apartment on the websites of most companies looks like an attempt to understand the Excel document, on the Riverside website a person uses visual navigation just from the selection of a section.
Before us, the functionality of aero flight had only large real estate aggregators, which collected hundreds of residential buildings. Riverside became the first independent project in which users could see the quarter in 360 format.
