Our acquaintance with Comfort Life happened back in 2011. During this time, together we launched 11 complexes in Kyiv suburbs. In the spring of 2018, they launched a new residential area located within 10 minutes drive from the city.
The real estate market is one of the most competitive in Ukraine. Each month, the construction of several new residential complexes begins, and the advertisement of this category occupies 40% of the total number of outdoor advertising.
Comfort Life requested to prepare all the communication materials to launch their newly constructed residential area. At the same time, all that was known about the new project was the name «Riverside» and just one render of the facade.

As in the Ukrainian market, there is a lot of unscrupulous developers, people scrutinize all information about the complex and the progress of construction especially exacting. Therefore, we had to structure a large amount of information and show it as simply as possible.
Usually, the choice of an apartment on the websites of majority developers looks more like an Excel document. Therefore, for Riverside website, we made visual navigation through apartments right from the section selection.
Riverside became the first independent project in which users could see the complex in 360 degrees format. Before, the functionality of aero flight was only on large real estate aggregators, which collected hundreds of residential buildings from different developers.
